沈阳卧龙湖自然保护区湿地生态功能效益分析

湿地是处于水陆过渡地带的特殊自然综合体，具有多种功能和重要作用，被人们誉为“地球之肾”。沈阳卧龙湖省级自然保护区是内陆湿地类型自然保护区，位于沈阳市最北端的康平县康平镇西部，处于内蒙科尔沁沙地南缘，组成了一个比较脆弱的内陆湿地生态系统．具有独特的湿地生态功能。由于该地处于辽宁西北半干旱区向中部平原湿润区过渡的生态敏感带，是阻挡内蒙风沙入侵的一道重要屏障，从而对于沈阳市域的自然保护具有特殊的战略意义。针对沈阳卧龙湖省级自然保护区的主要资源及保护、开发利用现状，从加大湿地保护的宣传力度，提高群众的环境保护意识等方面提出沈阳卧龙湖省级自然保护区湿地资源的科学合理开发利用一定要把它纳入到沈阳城市发展的整体规划中去，在保护的前提下，走可持续发展之路。

A Beneficial Analysis of Ecological Functions of the Wetland in the Wolong Natural Reserve Area of Shenyang

Wetland, praised as kidney of the earth for its multiple functions and important roles, is a special natural synthesis which is located in the intermediate zone from water to land. The Wolong Wetland Natural Reserve Area of Shenyang is an inland-wetland-type natural sythesis,situated in the west of the Town of Kangping ,the County of Kangping, the farmost north of Shenyang City, also in the southern borders of Horqin Sandland in the Inner Mongolian Autonomous Region, forming a relatively fragile inland wetland ecological system with unique inland wetland eological functions. Situated in the ecologically sensitive area transiting from the semi-arid area of Nortrhwest Liaoning to the damp central plainlands and thus functioning as an important protective screen against the invasion of the winds and sands from Inner Mongolia, this wetland is of special stratigic significnce for the natural invironment protection in the Shenyang area. In view of the main natural resources and their protection and development as well, and from the angle of strengthening the propaganda of wetland protection and the masses＇ sense of envirnmental protection, it is suggested that the reasonable develoment and utility of the main wetland resources in the Wolong Provincial-level Natural Reserve Area of Shenyang be brought into the integral planning for the urban development of Shenyang and take the way to sustainable development with protection as prerequisite.
