| 摘 要： | 企业体系结构是近年来国外学术和技术领域兴起的一个研究热点.本文介绍了企业体系结构的研究背景,在此基础上进一步分析了企业体系结构、企业体系结构框架及其他相关概念的内涵和相互联系,给出了在企业体系框架指导下开发企业体系结构的一般过程.
