| Abstract: | Through social investigation, the paper aims to the problems that how the undergraduates transform their roles from students to social laborers as soon as possible after graduation and puts forward three stages on the process of finishing undergraduates'employment development from their adapting to social environments to improving their own qualities and to finishing their personalities' development. |
