| 摘 要： | 在市场经济中,企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,从而使技术创新风险成为阻碍企业技术创新的重要因素之一。文章以过程创新为例,分析了企业技术创新项目经济风险的辨识、估计和评价,对项目的风险与收益合理地进行权衡,对企业技术创新风险进行了有益的探索。

| Abstract: | With the implementation of market economy, the competition is becoming fiercer, thus the technological innovation risk has already become one of the major factors of hindering technological innovation of enterprise. Taking the course innovating as an example, the thesis analyzes the distinction, estimation and appraisal of economic risk of technological innovation project of enterprise, soundly weighs the risk and income rational of the project, and has made helpful exploration to the technological innovation risk of enterprise. |
