| 摘 要： | 国有资产的退出是一个长期而艰巨的过程,本文通过对国有资产退出的领域选择、存在的障碍以及退出方式的分析得出结论,我国相关制度的缺陷和资本市场的不完善是造成国资难以退出的深层次原因,只有加快这两方面的建设,才能顺利的完成国有资产退出任务。

| Abstract: | The withdrawal of state assets is a long and arduous process. By analyzing the field choice, existing barrier and withdrawal way, this paper concludes that system defects and imperfect capital market are the inner factors to make state assets hard to withdraw. Only by quickening the construction of these two aspects can we succeed in completing the task of state assets' withdrawal. |
