近年来 ,中俄两国经贸关系明显落后于政治关系 ,长期发展下去有可能影响和削弱中俄政治关系的发展。进入2 1世纪之际 ,中俄加强经贸合作 ,不仅有利于中国经济实现可持续增长和俄经济的复苏 ,而且还可以进一步巩固和发展两国的政治关系。当前 ,为把中俄经贸合作推上一个新的高度 ,应采取一些新的思路和对策。

Importance of and policy choice for promoting the Sino-Russian economic & trade cooperation in 21st century

In recent years the economic & trade relationship between China and Russia has been obviously falling behind the political one. This situation will affect and weaken the Sino Russian political relationship in the long run. In the 21st Century, strengthening the Sino-Russian economic & trade cooperation is not only beneficial to the realization of Chinese sustainable economic increase and Russian economic recovery, but also to the Sino-Russian political relationship. At present, some new ideas and countermeasures should be developed in order to promote the Sino-Russian economic & trade cooperation relationship to a higher level.
