| 摘 要： | 文章阐述了坚持"执政为民"的思想对改革现行的建筑工程消防管理模式,充分借助社会力量,形成适应社会化消防工作格局的建筑工程消防管理工作体系方面的指导意义,并就如何在建筑工程消防管理工作的人才队伍建设和工作机制转变方面体现"执政为民"思想,提出了看法。

| Abstract: | This paper mainly states the instructive significance of holding the "Govern for the People's benefit" concept for the reform of the current construction anti-fire management model, the fully use social force and the form of construction anti-fire management system which accommodates the socialized anti-fire structure. Furthermore, some personal views will be raised on how to materialize the "Govern for the People's Benefit" concept in the talent team build-up and the transformation of operation mechanism in construction anti-fire management. |
