| 摘 要： | 政治文明是人类社会政治活动与政治关系的进步状态和发展程度的标志。西方资本主义民主制度的建立是人类 政治文明的重大进步,但是资产阶级民主和法治仍然是一种不公正、不合理的政治文明。社会主义政治文明是现代政 治文明的最高形态,社会主义政治文明具有坚持党的领导、实行人民当家作主和依法治国的鲜明特征。

| Abstract: | Political civilization is the symbol of progress statue and developing degree of human social political activities, that the foundation of western capitalist democracy is significant progress of human political civilization , but the democracy and legal institution of bourgeois is still unfair and unreasonable political civilization. . Socialist political civilization is the most perfect statue of modern political civilizations,it has typical characteristics of adhering to the leadership of CPC,practising institution of people can be the master of their own affairs,managing static affairs by following laws. |
