| 摘 要： | 我国现阶段的产业结构以及消费结构决定了其对环境资源的刚性需求,由此所造成的对环境资源的压力是难以通过发展微观意义上的循环经济而得以缓解的;因此应该把产业结构的调整作为当前发展循环经济的重点,惟此才能从根本上缓解资源环境压力,实现国民经济的可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The industrial and consumption structures of our country determine their rigid demand from the scarce natural re sources and environmental capacity,as a result of which,the pressure placed on current resource availability and environmental capacity can not be alleviated by developing circular economy from a micro-perspective.The solution to pressure alleviation and sustainable development should be sought from a macro-perspective of circular economy,which puts great emphasis on industri al structure readjustment. |
