| Abstract: | The concept of state sovereignty is often quoted and the most important in international law, and it is the basis of all international law issues. This paper, based on the understanding of the nature of state sovereignty, aims to review the situation of the existence and operation of state sovereignty, which explains that state sovereignty is the basis of international law, and the prerequisite and the destination of the international society. |
