| 摘 要： | 本文结合对十五大报告的理解，从所有制结构调整、产业结构调整、产品结构调整三个方面，阐述了优化调整区域经济结构的几个原则问题，特别指出了区域经济结构的调整和优化，应当抓住重点，理顺关系，结合实际进行。并指出：经济增长——结构调整——经济增长，不断循环往复，螺旋上升，推动整个经济向前发展是经济运行的基本规律

| Abstract: | This paper has demonstrated several principles of optimizing regional economic structure from the adjustment of ownship system and industrial and product structures on the basis of understanding the Report at the 15th CPC Congress and pointed out that reality must be taken into consideration in the adjustment and optimization. It has also pointed out that the circling of economic growth and structural adjustment is the basic law governing economic operation and progress. |
