| 摘 要： | 滨海新区进城务工青年这个特殊群体,除了一般青年普遍存在的心理问题之外,还面临着如何适应新的环境和找准角色定位等问题的挑战。在深入调查研究的基础上,对进城务工青年心理问题及成因进行分析,力图为进城务工青年找出心理调适和角色定位的方法,使他们在政府和社会的关注下,不断提高自身素质,为城市经济发展和社会进步做出自己的贡献。

| Abstract: | The young peasant workers wording in Binhai New Area face difficulties of adapting to new circumstances and looking for their role orientation.The young peasant workers' mental problems and reasons were reasearched and analyzed in order to seek the ways of adjusting their psychology and role orientation,which may help the young people improve their makings and make their contribution to economic development and social progress wnder the concern of the government and society. |
