| 摘 要： | 有效市场理论以资本市场理论为基础，将资本市场的营运效率作为前提，强调资本市场的配置效率。有效市场理论主要与现代企业理论、人力资本理论、市场有效性理论有关。运用有效市场理论，构建一个有效的企业家人力资本市场，对于优化配置企业家资源，保证企业家的健康成长与发展、有效地开发与利用，提高聘用单位和企业家本身两个方面的效益，都具有重要的意义。
