| 摘 要： | 界定了国际城市的内涵 ,研究提出了国际城市的基本构成要素和建成的主要标志 ,提出根据北京特色进行建设国际城市的目标定位 ,分析了北京与一流国际城市比较中的有利条件和差距 ,认为北京实现这个宏伟目标还需要几代人的努力 ,需要大力加强软件建设特别是城市经营和管理 ,要坚持社会主义市场经济的方向 ,进一步提高城市文化品位

| Abstract: | What is a metropolis? What is essential for an ordinary city to become one? And what advantages and disadvantages does Beijing have in becoming such a city? It, after analysis on the above questions, comes to the conclusion that several generations' hard work is needed for Beijing to achieve this goal. Still, improvements are needed in both the cultural taste of this city and the administration in all fields. |
