失地农民研究：十年回顾与延展

2001—2010年来,学术界基于经济学、社会学、法学、政治学等视角,从征地制度与过程、失地农民基本生活状态、就业、安置与社会保障、权益受损和保护等方面研究了失地农民问题,并形成了诸多共识。但也在失地农民与城市化的反思,社会保障制度之间的衔接,安置补偿、就业和保障政策的评估,失地农民可持续发展和社会和谐发展等问题的研究上存在不足,有待进一步深化。

China's lost-land peasants: Retrospect and prospection over the past 10 years

Land expropriation system,life situation,employment,lament,social security and protection of rights and interests of land-lost peasants have been studied from the perspective of economics,sociology,jurisprudence and politics since 2001.Reviewing and combing the research results of the land-lost peasants,we find that it has formed five themes and has reached some consensus,but there also exists some shortages.The author then points out some new perspectives for academic research： the contradiction between land-lost peasants and urbanization,the system cohesion of social security,sustainable development of landless peasants and the harmonious development of society.
