| 摘 要： | 近年来性侵害受到了社会与学界的关注,但理解并不一致."性别侵害"与"性的侵害"是不同的概念;性侵害的正确认识离不开对性、权力、性别文化及其相互关系的深入分析;要反对性侵害并对其进行积极的干预,必须走出认知上的误区和传播上的盲点.

| Abstract: | In recent years,the public and scholars pay more attention to the sexual abuse,but the interpretations are not consistent with each other.There are some differences between "sex abuse" and "sexual abuse" in the concepts.We need to analyses the sex,power,sexual culture and the mutual relations in order to understand the sex abuse rightly.For opposing sexual abuse and taking its positive intervention,we must avoid of the misunderstanding of acknowledge and on the blind spot of dissemination. |
