“三顶岗、两交替”生产主导型人才培养模式的研究与实践

依据专业培养目标、人才规格与质量标准,通过对本专业的工作领域、工作任务、工作过程和职业能力分析,创建了＂三顶岗、两交替＂生产主导型的人才培养模式,构建了以工作过程为导向的专业主干课程体系和包含顶岗实习在内的实践教学体系,并将所开设的全部课程按照功能建立课程平台,采用＂教、学、练、做＂一体化的教学模式教学。
