| 摘 要： | 分析了应用型人才培养模式的特点和要求,得出＂校企合作、工学结合＂是应用型人才培养的必由之路的结论。就目前学校、企业、政府三个层面在＂校企合作、工学结合＂应用型人才培养方面存在的主要问题进行分析,提出对策建议。

| Abstract: | This article analyses characteristics and requirements of the practical talents training model and deduces a conclusion that ＂Colleges-enterprises Corporation, Work-study Combination＂ is the key way to train practical talents. It also puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the issue of the main problems existing at present among college enterprise and government. |
