| Abstract: | This article made a systematic analysis on the existing problems of economic management majors in the post internships of vocational institute. From the process management of post internship, the article introduced the advanced conceptsn of the America total quality management expert Dr. Dalming of total quality management cycle （PDCA closed-loop system）,discussed how to construct the quality guarantee system of internship. |
