| Abstract: | With the reform and the opening to the world,we have experienced the great ideological emancipation twice.Mr.Jiang Ze-ming has fully set forth the important mind on "Three Representatives"in his speech on July 1st.He has put forward the new viewpoints of strengthening the class and mass basis of the Party and has put forward the standards of judging whether a person is advanced or backward, which promotes the third ideological emancipation in China. |
