| 摘 要： | 从中国传统文化资源的角度,论述了中国传统文化在我国企业管理中的部分运用。我国现代企业管理在借鉴西方管理理念的同时,还应从中国的国情出发,深挖中国传统文化的资源宝库,吸取其精华,创造性地将其应用于现代企业管理之中,促进我国企业管理工作的发展。
