沈阳市外贸出口经济贡献度的实证分析

外贸出口规模直接反映一个地区的经济开放程度,也是一个开放城市经济增长的重要动力。通过对沈阳市20世纪80年代中期以来外贸出口规模对GDP贡献度、产业贡献度和就业贡献度的分析,以及与全国14个副省级城市外贸出口的GDP贡献度的对比,得出沈阳市外贸出口贡献度偏低的结论。分析了沈阳市外贸出口贡献度偏低的主要原因是:沈阳市外商投资企业中出口型的企业少,出口大户少,发展后劲不足;国有及民营企业出口能力不强。提出了引进出口型外资企业,建立鼓励出口的政策支持体系等提高沈阳市外贸出口经济贡献度的对策建议。

Analysis of Export Contribution Rate in Shenyang

The total quantity and value of the exports from a city directly reflect the level of its open economy, which are also the important motive force for its economic development. Analyzing Shenyang's export contribution rate to its GDP, industry and employment, and comparing it with other 14 cities on similar scale in China, a conclusion may be drawn that Shenyang's export contribution rate is slightly lower than them. The main reasons are as follows. In the city, the number of export-oriented (joint-venture) corporations is few though there are a lot of joint-venture corporations, and the large-scale export-oriented corporations are rare. So, the city lacks a long-lasting power to develop export trade. On the other hand, the state-owned and private corporations are both weak in exportation. Some suggestions are therefore put forward to improve the Shenyang's export contribution rate, such as introducing in the export-oriented foreign-invested corporations and establishing a policy support system to encourage export trade.
