| Abstract: | Abstract: The authority efficiency construction is an important part of the management science; it strengthens the construction of the ability of authority by the scientific method, and constantly improves the efficiency of handling affairs, service quality, work level and the administrative efficiency. Setitng up the quality consciousness and introducing standardization management are important ways to improve the efficiency of work and deepen the reform of the administrative system. |
