| 摘 要： | 大学生职业生涯规划是辅导员工作的重要课题,如何以正确的思路、正确的态度对待这项工作至关重要.以我院优秀毕业生朱勇同学为例,介绍辅导员在对其进行充分了解的基础上,通过心理测验技术和心理咨询方法的运用,使学生增进自我认识、增强自信心,确定适合于自己的心理特点和能力范围的职业领域,对大学生职业生涯规划实践模式进行了一定探索.

| Abstract: | The university students' career planning is an important subject for instructors.It is important for instructors to have a right thought and correct attitude towards this work.This paper takes a good example,whose name is Zhu Yong that is an outstanding graduate from our college,to explain how to explore University students' career planning mode.Based on understanding their students very well,instructors,by applying psychological test skills and psychological counseling method,promote students' self-knowing awareness,strengthen the confidence and define the career fields suitable for individual psychological features and abilities. |
