| 摘 要： | 农民集体的出现在历史上主要是过渡时期对农业的社会主义改造的产物,确立农民集体法律主体地位对社会主义市场经济的完善和健全意义重大,具有现实的法律依据.农民集体是具有中国特色的法律概念,既反映了我国“三农”问题在农业现代化进程中的现实要求,又反映了我国建立在公有制基础上的社会主义本质要求. |

| Abstract: | The appearance of the farm worker group in history is a product of the socialization of agriculture.There exists the legal basis for the establishment of the legal subject status of the farm worker group,which is significant for improving and perfecting the socialist market economy.The farm worker group is a legal concept with Chinese characteristics,reflecting both the real demand of "Three Rural Issues" in the modernization of agriculture and the fundamental request of the Chinese socialism based on public ownership. |
