| 摘 要： | 我党三代领导人在继承和坚持马克思按劳分配的基础上,不断探索,不断创新,毛泽东主张把国家、集体和个人利益相结合,把按劳分配与政治思想工作相结合;邓小平提出以按劳分配为主体,多种分配形式为补充的分配原则,主张物质奖励与精神奖励相结合;江泽民提出把按劳分配与按生产要素相结合,实现个人收入分配方式的多元化,强调效率优先,兼顾公平。他们的这些探索,极大地丰富了按劳分配理论。

| Abstract: | The three successive leaders of the Chinese communiost party,hold the combination of station,collectiness and individuals,and combination of distribution according to work and of ideology.Deng Xiaoping put forth the principle of main distribution according to work and complementary various forms of distribution,holding the combination of substance encouragement and spirit encouragement.Jiang Zeming holds the principle of distribution of according to work and productive factors to realize variety of individual distribution,emphasizing that priority should be given to efficiency with due consideration to fairness. |
