以科学发展观指导高校师资队伍建设

摘    要:在分析国外高校师资队伍建设具有"门槛"高、流动性较大、重视教师培养和教育、发展比较优势和重视教师参与等5大特征的基础上,提出了我国师资队伍建设观念必须实现5个转变.为此,必须坚持科学发展观,实现我国师资队伍建设的6个统筹,即处理好数量和质量的关系,统筹优化师资队伍结构;处理好职责和待遇的关系,统筹物质激励和精神激励;处理好教学与科研的关系,统筹考核中教学与科研的导向;处理好个人与团队的关系,统筹师资队伍建设中重点支持与普遍提高;处理好动与静的关系,统筹师资队伍的流动与稳定;处理好做人与做事的关系,统筹教师政治思想素质与业务素质提高.

Abstract:The study puts forward a concept of building contingent of teachers,which must achieve five shifts based on analyzing foreign country with college teacher rank,including high "threshold",greater mobility and attention to training and education of teachers and development of comparative advantages and importance of teachers participation in the five major features. Therefore,we must adhere to the scientific concept of development to build our teachers contingent in six fields,which is handling the quantity and quality relationship,optimizing the teacher' structure and the responsibilities and treatment,manpower material incentives and the spiritual encouragement; Handling well the relation between teaching and research and coordinating the evaluation of teaching and research orientation; Dealing well with person to person and team relationship and coordinating the priority and general improvement of teacher contingent; Coping well with dynamic and static relationship to coordinate the flow of the contingent of teachers and stability; Managing well the relation between behavior and personality and coordinate political and ideological quality of teachers and improve the quality of profession.
