| Abstract: | This article inspects the transient population's agent,constitution characteristic and professional condition of Ningxia Yinchuan,and researches the influence about transient population to Ningxia Yinchuan in the urbanized advancement and the economical development as well as the construction harmonious society aspec.Attempt in this foundation,the author proposes about to the transient population development and the management countermeasure of Yinchuan. |
