Trading share means inequality of rights and responsibility between tradable share and non-tradable share of listed companies.It remains a hard nut in current securities market,but not a fundamental problem.The paper suggests that interest,concept and scientific decision are the key link to our market of securities.Overemphasis of maintenance and increase of original state-owned assets is bound to result in share-trading problem.Therefore,equally treating each market participator and forming a harmonious environment in interest and concept contribute to a harmonious development of the market.
