| 摘 要： | 大学生越来越"难管"是近年来分析学生管理工作需要面对的新情况.对这一现象的产生原因进行了分析.指出要解决这个问题,需要对学生进行正确的引导和教育、需要加强辅导员队伍建设、需要建立和健全相关的考核制度、需要修改和完善学校的规章制度.

| Abstract: | College student is becoming more and more "hard management",which is the new circumstance in colleges and universities that the management work needs to face in recent years.This article carries on the analysis on te creation reason of this phenomenon.It points out that to solve this problem needs right leading and education to The student,needs to strengthen the construction to the political guidance member,needs to build up and sound the system of investigate,and need to modify and perfect the regulation systen of the schools. |
