A Discussion about the Validity of Internet Publishing

The validity of net publishing includes:the validity of publisher,of the "one number one certificate",of the publishing area,of the edition and publishing institution,of the edition and type criterion,of the publishing models,and of the process of edition and publishing.The problems are discussed to give reference to the creation of Temporary Regulations on Administration of Internet Publishing(Supplement) and Regulations on Administration of Internet Publishing.
