重庆地区三次产业的投资、就业与产出结构的动态关系研究

本文应用熵值原理全面衡量经济结构转型，通过设定投资结构转型系数、就业结构转型系数与产出结构转型系数等三个主要变量，分析考察了重庆地区1978-2006年在三次产业中投资、就业与产出的动态关系。研究结果表明，投资结构变迁并没有起到优化产业结构从而实现提高经济增长质量的作用，但对三次产业产出的结构性波动表现了显著性的响应，同时，就业人口在三次产业的分布无论是长期还是短期内都受到各产业的投资结构与产出结构调整的诱导。

Research on the Dynamic Relationship of Investment, Employment and Output in the Three Industries in Chongqing Region

This article applies entropy principle to weigh economic structure reforming completely,and constructs investment restructuring coefficient,the employment transition coefficient and output value structure reforming coefficient of three industry structure,which help to inspect the dynamic relation of investment,employment and output about the Chongqing region from 1978 to 2006.The research indicates that the investment structure change has not played the role of optimising industrial structure and realizing the quality of economic growth,but has responded significantly to the structual fluctuations of the three main industrial output.Simultaneously,the distribution of the working population in the three industries has been guided by the adjustment of both the investment structure and the output value structure whether it is a long-term or short-term one.
