| 摘 要： | 合唱指挥是集音乐理论知识与音乐表演技能于一身的职业,是音乐专业中的复合型人才。本文就合唱指挥应具备的音乐理论基础、音乐感知能力、音乐技能、文化素养、组织能力、音乐感染力和人格魅力等六个方面的基本素质进行了论述。
