| 摘 要： | 多巴胺是脑内一种天然的神经递质,对于体外培养的 SH-SY5Y 细胞,不同浓度的多巴胺会对其产生不同的影响。本文研究了一系列浓度梯度的多巴胺对 SH-SY5Y 细胞生长状态的影响,得出了其从对细胞生长促进作用转入毒性作用的拐点。并且对这些细胞中的多巴胺转运蛋白进行了染色,观察了它们在不同多巴胺浓度下,在细胞膜表面及细胞内部的分布规律。

| Abstract: | Dopamine is a natural neurotransmitter in the brain.To the SH-SY5Y cells,different concentrations of dopamine will cause different effects.We investigated the effect of a series of dopamine concentration to SH-SYSY cells,and got the inflexion between the acceleration and the toxicity.And we also observed the change of the dopamine transporter's distribution by the immunofluorescence with the different concentration of dopamine. |
