关于建立电视观众学的思考

摘    要:电视观众作为大众传播受众的一个部分已形成强大的群体,这个群体无论对电视产业还是对社会政治、经济、社会心理的发展都有着巨大的影响,发挥着巨大的作用,建立电视观众学是十分必要和重要的。由于电视技术的迅猛发展、传播方式的转变、节目的专业化和多样化,电视传播由点对面的广播变为点对点的窄播,受众的概念也由过去被动接受转变为主动选择的观众。电视观众学作为大众传播学的一个新学科,在新世纪新时期应明确自己的责任,担负起新的使命。

Abstract:The realistic and historical significance about the establishment of the Science of TV Viewers is explored in this essay. Meanwhile, the research scope, research methods and the development trend of this science are also discussed in this essay. TV viewers take up the most part of the mass communications industry, and they exert a great influence on TV industry, social politics, economics and social development. Due to the rapid development of TV technology, the change of communications ways, the multiplicity of TV programs, the new type of point-point transmission method of TV programs has appeared and the passive receivers have become active "viewers". As a new subject in mass communications, Science of TV Viewers should shoulder its responsibilities in the new era.
