在能源领域,中国与中东国家已成为重要的合作伙伴,合作前景广阔。虽然中国与中东产油国间合作的重要性已成为双方的共识,各项制度安排逐渐形成,合作条件日趋成熟,但双方合作还受到各种因素的制约,如生产设施的滞后、运输瓶颈等,尤其是中东地区的环境安全。双方还面临着如何将双边合作与多边合作相结合的艰巨任务。

Sino-Middle East Energy Relationship Facing to the Future

China and Middle East energy producers have become important partners in energy cooperation to each other with an even broader future. The strategic significance of Sino-Middle East cooperation in energy has become a consensus among entrepreneurs and political elites as well. With the forming of various institutions, Sino-Middle East energy cooperation will enjoy a favorable atmosphere. Nevertheless, there are various constraints such as the lack of sufficient refining capability on Chinese side and the bottleneck of transportation. But, the biggest challenge will still be the Middle East security situation.
