Under current severe employment situation,vocational colleges should help vocational students learn how to analyze themselves as well as the occupation to improve their own capacity with target,and to enhance students’ employment rate and employment quality;therefore,it is an urgent need of higher vocational education to spread career planning education.Vocational students have to determine their career goals as soon as possible through career planning,taking charge of their professional orientation,taking the necessary actions,and ultimately achieving their career goals.
