| Abstract: | Taking a new road to industrialization is the state strategic policy in developing economy in the 21st century in China and the necessary choice to suit the IT development.The core is to propel industrialization by using IT,to exert its advantage and to achieve the spanning development of social productivity.This article points out that taking a new road to industrialization must vigorously propel the application of IT. |
