| 摘 要： | 认为我国社会变迁中出现的组织分化、阶层分化、利益分化及价值观分化等现象深刻地影响着社会主义和谐社会构建的进程，对中国共产党的执政能力提出了更高要求；为了形成十七大报告所提出的社会和谐人人有责、和谐社会人人共享的局面，本文提出，作为执政党的中国共产党必须加强社会整合功能，充分利用政治、经济、文化的资源整合社会，使得社会生活的权力、制度、组织、价值体系浑然一体，这是中国共产党立党之本、执政之基、力量之源。
