The Heilongjiang Provincial Southeast Economic Zone(HPSEZ)takes important strategic position and has special advantage for outward opening in our provincial economic development.The HPSEZ will become a popular area for Heilongjiang outward opening with gradual promotion of overseas economic cooperation and increasing development of port cities in this Zone.To speed up outward opening in HPSEZ and take the overall advantage for opening will contribute to linking Heilongjiang with international economy and promote provincial economic development and opening.Therefore,some comparative benefits will be achieved in outward economic cooperation and communication and a mature economy with opening orientation tends to be established finally.
