| Abstract: | This article analysed the state and characteristics of Chinese foreign investment in different periods.Specially,it pointed out that foreign capital has improved Chinese economic development since the reform.It researchcd into the structure of foreign capital,and foreign direct investment constituted the majority.That stabilized our financial order. |
