Structure Adjustment Is The Necessary Way For The Rapid Development Of Daxing'anling Economy

Since 1964 when Daxing'anling was established,its economic structure has been kept in a single economic development way of resources exploitation,which has resulted in the forest shrunk,resources exhausted and ecosystem worsened.Its function of protecting Northeastern and Inner Mongolian Regions as a natural barrier has been weakened.If Daxing'anling wants to get rid of the backward economic situation,it must make itself fit to the waves of the on-going international structure adjustment and the industrial up-grading activities and make a ecosystem development strategy with its rich resources,science and technology of 12 pillar industries taking its advantages with new concepts of resources marketing,exploitation,development,adjustment and advantages.Daxing'anling must jump out of the circle of forestry and promote the economy with a great adjustment of its existing economic structure.
