对我国落后地区图书馆事业发展的思考

我国公共图书馆事业的发展不平衡。发达地区的图书馆已向网络化方向迈进 ,落后地区的图书馆还处于无馆舍的窘境。这除了经济因素制约外 ,与有关部门在图书馆发展战略的实施上 ,忽略地区差异、缺乏分类规划、政策滞后不无关系。若使落后地区图书馆事业得以尽快发展 ,必须立足国情 ,采取开门办馆、资源共享、捐赠书刊等相应措施

On the Development of the Library in Underdeveloped Region

The development of public library in China is unbalanced.The libraries in developed region have stepped into network stage,but the libraries in underdeveloped region yet stand in the state in which many of those have not necessary rooms.There are many factors resulting in the recent state.Besides the economic factor,the main factors are that the region difference was omitted,and that the plan,the policy and the strategy about library development were not suitable.For the development of the library in underdeveloped region,based on the national conditions,some measures must be adopted,for example,opening the door to the outside,sharing resources,and donating publication.
