| Abstract: | Under the development of market economy, the paper analyses the decisive factors of the growing mechanism of Industrialist. The conclusion is: first, to professionalize the industrialist, and let the market be the arbiter of the operating capacity. Second, to ensure the growing mechanism function normally, in building an operating mechanism. Third, the competitive and legal mechanisms are also needed to play a supporting role. |
