| 摘 要： | 文章根据现代信息服务业的三个特点 ,即 :从为某一部门或某一行业服务扩大到为全社会服务 ;利用现代科学技术提高工作效益和服务质量 ;信息服务业中对从业人员的知识水平要求愈来愈高 ,结合当前图书馆信息服务工作存在的问题 ,提出图书馆为搞好信息服务应采取的五项措施
