| 摘 要： | 汽车研究与开发水平是衡量汽车制造业竞争力的核心指标。汽车产业位居重庆三大支柱产业之首 ,而面对入世 ,重庆汽车产业同时面临机遇和挑战。通过分析重庆汽车工业在研究与开发方面存在的体制不顺、资金和人才不足、研究水平在低层次徘徊等问题 ,就重庆汽车产业研究与开发体系建设、发展模式等方面提出了相应的可操作性的对策建议

| Abstract: | Research and development abilities are two core indexes applied in evaluating auto industry's competitiveness. Chongqing auto industry, leading the three pillar industries of Chongqing municipality, is now faced with both opportunities and challenges ensuing from WTO entry. The present paper, through analyzing such problems as systemic loopholes, brain and financial shortage and research capacity inadequacy that exist in Chongqing auto industry, puts forward corresponding operational strategies concerning the improvement of Chongqing auto industry's research system and development mode. |
