| Abstract: | In this paper,the present situation of the sci-tech periodicals digital publication was analysed,and the following feasible strategies were put forward. Firstly,bulit the unified standard of the sci-tech periodicals digital publication; secondly,make the access standard of the sci-tech periodicals digital publication; thirdly,improve the writers＇ awareness of intellectual property protection; finally,choose the more effective measures to protect the publication copyright. |
