| 摘 要： | 在当今国家建立产学研协同创新机制、构建协同创新体系的重要时刻,研究吉林省产学研协同创新问题意义重大。本文通过研究吉林省产学研协同创新现状,从政府、中介服务机构、高校和企业不同层面分析了吉林省产学研协同创新存在的问题,并对作为行政管理部门的政府、以及作为协同创新主体的高校和企业提出了对策建议。

| Abstract: | On the critical occasion of establishing industry-university-research collaborative innovation mechanism and constructing collaborative innovation system in China,to study the same issue in Jilin province is of great significance. After doing amounts of research work on the current situation of industry-university-research collaborative innovation in Jilin province,this paper analyzes the existing problems of it from various levels of government,intermediary service agency,universities and enterprises. Furthermore,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the government which functions as the administrative department and universities which are the entities of collaborative innovation. |
