| 摘 要： | 从世界经济矛盾演进的历史中分析了南北自由贸易区建立的障碍及可能性,认为在日益开放的世界体系中,南美各国以及美国、加拿大都应该从长远的角度考虑,积极促成美洲自由贸易区的成立。对南北美当前所处的经济位置以及经济合作进行了分析并提出了若干政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the obstacles and possibilities of establishing south and north free trade area according to the development history of international economic contradictions,and concludes that in the more and more open world system,each country in South America,and the USA and Canada as well, should make decisions for future,and promote the establishment of FTAA.It analyzes the economic position and economic cooperation of both South and North America,and points out some policy suggestions. |
