房地产广告面面观

摘    要:房地产广告经过广告人十几年的探索,逐渐显示出与其它各类商品广告不同的特质。房地产广告有自己明确而独特的目标对象,其广告攻势强劲迅猛、信息密度大,广告定位注重市场领先,广告承诺突出“增值”二字。凡此种种,均显示着房地产广告无论是广告策略、创意,还是表现技巧都已日趋成熟。
